Stephen Ministry is a system of lay caring developed by Dr. Kenneth Haugk in St. Louis, Missouri.  Stephen Ministries is a non-profit organization that has been training Stephen Leaders for the past 20+ years.

Stephen Leaders, members of the church, train interested individuals to become a listening ear to someone who is experiencing a life difficulty.  Trinity enrolled in the Stephen Ministry program in October, 2000.

Trinity's first training class began on March 17, 2001, and a commissioning ceremony took place on July 29, 2001.  We celebrated by commissioning Class II on June 8, 2003.
