Trinity Cookbook: A committee has been formed to compile favorite recipes of Trinity members. Please submit your favorites to one of the committee members: Deacon Brenda, Ruth, Evelyn, Doris, or Gabriele. Forms are available from any committee member. There is a box in the back of the sanctuary for you to drop in your recipes.  It is requested that you print and use ball-point ink.   We encourage participation by all family members.  Any questions - contact office - 845-338-2954.

The Trinity Lutheran WELCA Group is a very active organization within the congregation. The group of women who meet once monthly provide support to many activities and service projects within the church and church worldwide.

This group of women always welcome those new to Trinity, and encourages participation of all women within the congregation. Listed below are some of the activities Trinity women have been involved during 2003-2004.

Activities :  

bulletShrove Tuesday Pancake Supper
bulletFish Fry Dinner
bulletAnnual mid-spring Continental Breakfast featuring Sister Carol Perry who has been  the speaker for the past 16 years.

Service Projects:

bulletAt various times throughout the year (look for Trinity Times and/or bulletin announcements), the group collects used clothing and household items for the Battered Women's shelter.
bulletToiletries and candies for the women in Bedford Hills Correctional Facility.
bulletGifts for the children at the Children's Home in Kingston.
bulletPlants to shut-ins.
bulletGifts to the Sunday School students and their teachers.
bulletGifts for Hispanic Ministry students.

bulletMonthly Bible studies from the "Lutheran Women Today" magazine
bulletGuest speaker from the Ulster County Adolescent Pregnancy and Prevention Council
